Our story

On May 18, 2018, I ventured out to a local bar I had never been to, intending to enjoy a girl’s night out. Little did I know this was the night I would meet my person. Kyle happened to see a friend I was with and immediately walked up and introduced himself. He bought me a beer, and we began talking and laughing the evening away. This was the beginning of a beautiful journey I never saw coming. 

From the moment I met Ashley, I knew she was going to be my wife. I knew in the early months of our hanging out every day that she was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. The days leading up to the proposal were difficult because I wanted to do it the traditional way and ask her father for his blessing, so I waited for him to come into town. I was super nervous, but I finally asked him, and he said yes. I planned a big dinner at PF Chang’s and invited our family and closest friends. I tried so hard to keep it a secret, but the morning of Ashley knew something was up. I, of course, played stupid, but she saw right through me. It was January 12, 2020, and we spent our day with family. As we sat down at dinner, I was so nervous, but I knew nothing would hold me back from asking Ashley this critical question. I dropped down to one knee and made the best life decision.
